   Over the last few years I have had a few requests from people I know to make some simple applications and I have enjoyed testing some of my coding skills in producing them. Below are some simple small applications that may prove of use especially for primary schools.

Flower Parts
A simple application to allow children to create a basic flower and label the parts

Weather Forecast
An application to enable children to create an old style personal weather forecast using basic weather symbols. The children can also attempt to label the British Isles

Brake Horse Power Estimator
If you have ever taken your car on a quarter mile strip and not had a rolling road print out then this clever little application will allow you to calculate the horse power generated at the wheels of your car. You will need two figures, 1. The approx weight of you and your car, and 2. The terminal speed that you crossed the finish line.
